One console for everything you ship.

Stop juggling Xcode schemes, gradlew flags, and half-remembered deploy scripts. AppRelay puts every project's build, run, test, and release in one native console on Mac and Windows — with nothing compiled in.

Runs 100% on your machine No account, no cloud Encrypted, portable projects
AppRelay running on Mac, iPad, and iPhone — the Projects console alongside a project's build, run, test, and release lanes

One console across your whole stack — 25 toolchains, auto-detected

Xcode / Swift Swift Package Gradle / Android React Native Expo / EAS Flutter Ionic / Capacitor Electron · Tauri Web · Node · Deno · Bun Go · Rust Python · Ruby · PHP .NET · Java · Elixir Godot macOS-native Docker Static sites · Browser extensions

…and 27 distribution channels — App Store & TestFlight, Play & Firebase, Vercel · Netlify · Cloudflare · S3, your own servers over SFTP/rsync, plus npm, Homebrew, Docker, PyPI, crates.io and more.

The core idea

Build ≠ Distribute. Finally decoupled.

A lane says how a project builds. Distributions say where each build goes. One build, many destinations — adding one is an entry, never a code change.

Build once

React Native app
RN One toolchain
One version source
$ eas build --profile prod
ships to all

Ship everywhere

3 distributions
AS App Store Connect
PC Play Console — production
FB Firebase App Distribution
Every section, every project

See it, build it, run it, ship it.

Point AppRelay at a folder and every project gets the same command center — no schemes to remember, no scripts to hunt down.

Overview at a glance

Current version and build for every lane, side by side — read straight from your real project files.

Source control, unified

Live git status across every repo in the project in one list — branch, ahead/behind, and dirty state.

Test console

Run your suites — XCTest, Gradle, npm test, pytest — and read pass/fail without leaving the app.

Editable recipes

Release steps are a visible library, not buried scripts. Duplicate a preset, tweak a command, run it.

Run & Debug, no IDE

Build and launch a lane on a device, simulator, emulator, or in your browser — sims and AVDs booted for you, live output right in the window.

Scan & prefill onboarding

It reads .xcodeproj, build.gradle, package.json, pubspec.yaml and more — detecting each stack for you.

Beyond the window

Ask it, automate it, or script it.

Every build, run, test, and release is one capability layer — so the GUI isn't the only way in. The same config, recipes, and secrets power three more surfaces, with the destructive release always gated behind an explicit confirm.

Dispatch, your build assistant Studio

Ask a question in plain English — “how do I set up an FTP lane that uploads only staged files?” — and get an answer built on your lanes, recipes and servers, not generic advice. Ask it to set something up and it proposes the config as a card you approve; it reads your project but never edits it. Powered by your own Claude Code — no AppRelay AI service, no API key, your code stays put.

MCP server for agents

Register AppRelay as an MCP server and Claude can list projects, read versions and git status, run builds and tests, and cut releases — the source of truth for how each project ships.

Headless apprelay CLI

Every action is a subcommand baked into the app binary — build, run, test, release — reading the exact same workspace as the GUI and printing JSON, so it drops straight into your own scripts and CI.

Remote & mobile Studio

Kick off a build from the couch.

Turn on the built-in server and AppRelay Mobile (iOS & Android) becomes a remote control for your Mac over your local network. The Mac keeps the toolchains, repos, and secrets — the phone just commands it and watches the output stream back.

  • Found automatically over Bonjour — pair once with a token, and every request from then on carries its own 192-bit, per-device token.
  • Off by default, LAN-only. Secrets never leave the Mac — the API reports whether a credential is set, never its value.
  • A destructive release requires an explicit confirm — the same guardrail as the CLI and MCP server — and store channels can't be shipped remotely at all.
  • A menu-bar mode keeps AppRelay running in the background, with a live Relay Monitor logging every request.

The .relay archive

Your whole workspace in one portable file.

Export a project — repos, lanes, recipes, brand, and secrets — as a single .relay archive. Double-click to open it on any Mac.

  • Secrets travel inside the archive, encrypted with AES-GCM behind a passphrase you set.
  • PBKDF2-SHA256, 310k+ iterations. The wrong passphrase is simply rejected.
  • Only relative paths ship — nothing about your machine leaks. Share a project like a file.

Point at a folder

Pick the folder that holds your repos. No config files, no YAML to write.

It detects the stack

Each toolchain is recognized, its version read, and a distribution suggested.

Confirm the table

Review the prefilled lanes and repos, correct anything, and save.

Build & ship

Run a recipe, cut a release, watch the live checklist. Export when you're done.
